Our property management fees start as low as 8%. This includes our full range of property management services. If all you want is a qualified tenant and you manage the property we also offer a Lease Only plan.

We’re a dedicated partner in your corner and we understand how important a quick turnaround time is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less from the day it is rent ready, you do not pay a management fee the first month. With our marketing plan and world class client management system, we’re confident we can lease your property quickly and get the rent coming in.
Periodic Maintenance Inspections
We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles and making sure your property is properly maintained by performing periodic maintenance inspections. We inspect the property both inside and out to ensure tenant compliance, assess property condition, and address minor issues that may become problems in the future. (Mid-year inspection included with property management service. $125 for additional inspections).
